1. SILVER BULLET COACHING SESSIONS
Silver Bullet Sessions are Skype / Telephone only coaching sessions designed for when clients just have an issue or two they want help with. They are for when you don’t want long-term coaching and you’ve got a focused question on a specific issue.
You’d just like some answers and a direction – Perfect. That’s what Silver Bullet Sessions are all about.
Each is a 45-minute long just-in-time coaching session that will get your question answered without requiring you to make a huge commitment of time. They’re not meant for long-term, strategic issues.
What Silver Bullet Sessions are good for:
Those are really only three criteria:
- Silver Bullet Sessions are great for just about any single big issue or a couple of smaller ones that can be asked and answered in 45 minutes.
- Your issues have to be ones I can help you with (don’t worry if I can’t I’ll tell you up front!)
- You will have to be prepared to do some pre-work before the call
- And email the completed pre – work back to me at geoff@theclarityceo.com at least 24 hours before our session
If your issue is something we can discuss and answer in 45 minutes, we’re in business.
What Silver Bullet Sessions are NOT right for:
- Big, multiple strategic issues.
- Anything that takes longer than 45 minutes to answer.
- Anything that would need me to create ad copy, marketing / sales / strategic plans.
- Remember these sessions are aimed at practical advice NOT me doing stuff directly for you.
- If you need some project work done then let’s discuss that separately.
- Same if you want Coaching / Consulting or training on a regular basis.
Please note I charge between $500 and $900 for these sessions normally, so these really are good value at $250 +GST.
Payment is required up front. This session can be done over Skype, please feel free to record them for future reference.

2. GOLDEN NUGGET COACHING SESSIONS
What Golden Nugget Sessions are:
These Sessions are 90-minute, longer just-in-time coaching that will get your questions answered quickly. The emphasis is on actions to take not theory to learn.
They’re not meant for long-term,on-going strategic issues. (That’s what Coaching / Consulting or even Mentoring are for)
What Golden Nugget Sessions are good for:
Those are really only three criteria:

- Your issues have to be ones I can help you with (don’t worry if I can’t I’ll tell you up front!)

3. DETANGLING DAY
A Detangling Day is a 1:1, F2F proven methodology that can be used in a number of circumstances to create clarity from chaos, action from paralysis and direction from disorientation.
These are offered for:
- Start ups (Is this a viable business)
- Established Businesses. (Get rid of inaction and poor direction)
- Executives (With a focus on career growth)
- Senior Leadership Teams (Identify ways to solve issues and create a common purpose)
- Boards of Directors. (Develop a shared Vision and a clear strategic direction)
The Detangling Day is more-than-just-a-strategy workshop – it will result in greater clarity of the necessary actions and tactics that can be undertaken to achieve your wanted goals. It is designed for decision makers and those able to implement what is uncovered during the day.
In general I charge $5K – 10K+ for this strategy day but because you are a listener of Jane’s I am happy to offer you one for $5000 $2500 plus GST.
I also offer a special “Three Pack Coaching Package” just for Mel’s listeners at $990 incl GST.
This is includes 3 one hour sessions to be used over a 12 month period. This is great good value as well – and I suggest using this package to get your career back on track, your marketing sorted, your product architecture bedded down or just general trouble shooting.
Payment is required up front for these as well and the sessions can be done over Skype or via mobile.

5. LONGER TERM COACHING
I have a limited number of coaching spaces on offer at any time for each of three coaching programs.
I only work one on one with a limited number of people per program – usually between 3 and 7 – at any one time. If you would like to work with me over a 6 month or 12 month period pick the program that suits you best, drop me a line, lets set up a call and see what suits you best.
I do offer special coaching rates for Mel’s listeners – depending upon program these generally range from $800+ to about $2,200 per month.
Firstly, there is the FAR® – Focus, Action, Results – Program a 20 – 40 minute fortnightly accountability call that ensures that you build momentum and stay on track. This program runs 3 to 6 months.
Secondly there is the STEAM® Program. (STEAM® stands for ‘Strategy, Tactics, Execution, Accountability and Momentum’.) This program focuses on working further together to identify, develop and agree on the strategies to pursue, devising the tactics to make them happen, reviewing your execution, holding you accountable and ensuring that momentum is created and maintained.
This program ensures that your business momentum builds and gives you the benefit of my tactical and strategic execution skills; as well as providing you with a sounding board and ‘out of town’ expert.
STEAM® calls last from 30 – 90 minutes depending upon what you need. The focus is on making things happen as effectively, efficiently and as timely as possible to achieve your desired outcomes. This is a 6 – 12 session program which can be extended as needed.
Lastly there is the Clarity Code® Program which runs for 12 months. This consists of 21 modules of study and discussion which cover off everything from productivity and goal setting to copy-writing, website ‘must haves’; from cash flow planning to marketing calendars and much much more. No rainbows or Unicorns – just proven solid business know-how that you take on board and which is aimed at ‘levelling up’ your business consistently and effectively.
The emphasis in the Clarity Code® is to provide a mix of bespoke ‘customised to your business’ content and exposure to areas you are unlikely to have come across. It is all about skills transfer and business growth but with a stronger and more structured educational component.
All of these programs are primarily delivered on a set schedule via SKYPE or telephone.
